MAJESTY

100 programs of the radio program, HOPE TODAY…a milestone that only was achieved by the inspiration, strength and provision from our Lord God!  No matter who you talk to on our team…they will testify of the plan that God has brought about in Hope Today.  We were really just trying to stay in tune with His direction and follow His guidance.  God’s work at Light & Life Programming has been such a blessing that all we can do is Praise Him!

 

This experience brings to our minds the song that Rev. Jack Hayford wrote in 1977 called MAJESTY.  He and his wife Anna spent their vacation that year in Great Britain travelling throughout the land.  It was the year of Queen Elizabeth’s 25th Anniversary of her coronation;  the symbols of royalty were everywhere. 


While viewing many of the ancient castles, Pastor Hayford began to reflect on the truth that the provisions of Christ for the believer not only includes our forgiveness for sin, but provides for our restoration to a royal relationship with God as sons and daughters born into the heavenly family through His majesty!  As Anna and he travelled, the opening lyrics and melody simply came to his heart.  Upon arriving home after their holiday, he was able to finish the song.

 

We praise God during this program of Hope Today.  We lift up on high the name of Jesus…we magnify and glorify Christ Jesus the King.  Join with us as we worship His  MAJESTY!
